To manage the overall running of the practice to enable us to meet agreed aims and objectives within an efficient safe and effective working environment, ensuring the team delivers the best possible care to our patients. 

To look after the day to day management of the Practice and are happy to receive suggestions you may have for improving the services offered. They are happy to discuss any non-medical problems you may have.

We have a lovely team of reception staff employed by the Practice, working both full and part time. Receptionist provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Available for enquiries between 9:30am and 13:30pm Monday to Friday regarding all referrals to hospital or other services. To ensure your records are kept up to date with the most recent medical information received from outside the practice.

Deals with insurance companies on your behalf and any queries you may have regarding any insurance reports or medicals should be directed to her.
