Patients are seen by the midwife at the clinic by appointment only.

Pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine for pregnant ladies

Pregnant patients are entitled to and should be encouraged to have the pertussis vaccine to help protect your unborn child. Please see your midwife or the practice nurse for details.

Baby clinic: Tuesdays 13:30 – 16:30

We have a baby vaccination clinic run by the practice nurse. The baby will also be seen by the GP for his/her 6 to 8 week check up at the same time. Your baby will receive a letter from New Street Clinic, Barnsley for his/her first immunisations (at 8 weeks). Please arrive 15 minutes beforehand and the GP will perform the 6 week baby check-up while you are here.
